The band / Seattle, 2093

Keep the
strange parts.

Three people with history. One new arrival. Plenty of reasons to disagree. Still a band.

Band members

The
Impossible
Room.

Up three floors in Pioneer Square, above a surviving electronic-instrument repair shop, there is a rehearsal room full of patched synthesizers, cassettes, and ideas nobody has finished.

Night Ferry's animated story begins here. A forgotten studio assistant comes back online. Making music gets exciting again. Then the band discovers what it has given away.

Room for the Impossible follows authorship, belonging, and the right to remain imperfect in a city that keeps promising something better. The album is available now. The animated rock opera is in development.

Outside the story

How the record gets made.

Night Ferry is a virtual band and music-storytelling project. The recordings were made with Suno through lyric writing, musical briefs, generation choices and sequencing. The band's fictional lives belong to the developing film.
